Orders
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We always send the tracking details, including the tracking link, via email once the order has been fulfilled. Alternatively, you can track your order by following the instructions on our ‘Track Order’ page, which can also be found in the footer menu.
- Items purchased using a promotional offer are not eligible for a return
- If you are located in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within14 days of receiving your item for any reason, without needing to provide justification (EU Consumer Rights Directive).
- For all other customers, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery, subject to qualifying requirements.

We do not supply prescription lenses. The following models may be fitted with prescription lenses independently:
